Shipping Policy

1. Sale items are not refundable.

2. Once you received your order, please check the items carefully. If you spot any damaged, 

    please contact us as soon as possible and send it back to us within 7 days.

3. If not, we could not accept any exchange or refunds.

4. If, unfortunately, you need a full refund, please provide the following information via email within 

    2 days. (1.Order number 2.Name/Contact number/e-mail  ) No refund for exchange after 7 days.

5. If you live in a country other than Hongkong, Macao, China, Singapore, Malaysia, items are shipped internationally by DHL Express

運送方式與到貨時間：

1. 宅配到家（約2-3天到貨）

2. 7-11店到店取貨（約2-3天到貨）

3. 全家店到店取貨（約2-3天到貨）

若有特殊狀況，會依據配送物流的配送時間為準

海外配送：

如果你居住在港澳中新馬地區之外，貨品皆以DHL Express國際配送
